St. James re-entered the commercial lines business in 2010 after selling our commercial operations 5 years ago. The first program available to agents is Vacant Property coverage for South Carolina risks. St. James is in the process of expanding the commercial lines portfolio, and is focusing on four key areas: habitational, vacant properties, artisan contractors, and mercantile.
